"Lower Bucks Logistics Hub Receives $2.5 Million Grant"

Foxfield and Drake Real Estate Partners have announced significant progress on their industrial development project, the Lower Bucks Logistics Hub. This exciting news comes after receiving a generous $2.5 million grant from the state of Pennsylvania.

The development will consist of two parcels: The Northern Parcel, which will feature a 361,457 square foot rear-load building; and the Southern Parcel, which will offer a 453,110 square foot cross-dock building. These buildings are strategically located in an established industrial corridor that is already attracting businesses seeking access to key Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic markets.
