**Lowenstein Sandler Expands Washington, D.C. Office Footprint**
Lowenstein Sandler LLP, a New Jersey-based law firm, has signed a lease to significantly expand its office presence in Washington, D.C. The firm will increase its footprint by 25,564 square feet at 2200 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, bringing its total occupied space in the building to 41,152 square feet.
The expansion reflects the firm’s continued growth since it opened its D.C. office in 2014. In addition to Washington, D.C., Lowenstein Sandler maintains offices in New York, Palo Alto, New Jersey, and Utah.
The firm will move into additional space on the building’s seventh floor in 2025. The property, owned by BXP, totals 459,000 square feet and is located between the West End and Foggy Bottom neighborhoods. Its central location offers convenient access to Georgetown, the Central Business District, as well as a variety of hotels, restaurants, and residential options.
