Industrial Property in Lowell, MA Sells for $22.1 Million

The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and Cushman & Wakefield have completed the sale of 120 Stedman Street, a 128,678-square-foot single-story flex/industrial facility located in Lowell, Massachusetts. The property sold for $22.1 million.

Principals David, James, and Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the seller, DS Graphics | Universal Wilde. The buyer, Finishing Trades Institute of New England (FTI-NE), was represented by Blake Baldwin and Liz Swanson of Cushman & Wakefield.

Situated just 1.4 miles from Route 3, two miles from Interstate 495, and approximately 30 miles north of Boston, 120 Stedman Street offers convenient access to major regional transportation corridors.

Following the transaction, DS Graphics | Universal Wilde relocated its print, mail, fulfillment, creative services, digital marketing, and customer support operations to a larger facility in Canton, MA.

FTI-NE is a workforce development organization focusing on the finishing trades, including painting, glazing, and drywall finishing. The institute provides comprehensive apprenticeship and continuing education programs designed to promote excellence and safety in the construction trades.
