Lovett Entitled for Industrial Build in Inland Empire West

Lovett Industrial, a Houston-based company, has secured entitlement for a 298,000-square-foot industrial facility in Chino’s Inland Empire West submarket. The construction of Schaefer Logistics Center on 13.52 acres at 13610 Yorba Ave is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024 and be completed by the end of 2025.

According to Tyler Banton, Lovett Industrial’s California market leader, this investment was strategically chosen due to its location as the last available parcel near the port in Inland Empire with strong long-term fundamentals. He also stated that Chino is an ideal regional location for local, regional and national distribution needs within Southern California – which is known as the largest US logistics market.

Clyde Stauff from Colliers’ Irvine office added that Lovett Industrial was selected as successful bidder for this prime South Chino property previously owned by George F. Putnam estate. He praised their seamless acquisition process and navigating through complex entitlements required for building a single-building distribution center like Schaefer Logistics Center – designed with state-of-the-art features suitable for modern warehouse and distribution tenants.

Marketing and leasing responsibilities will be handled by Jace Gan along with Clyde Stauff from Colliers.
