Lovett Building Business Park Expansion: Nearly 1 Million SF

Lovett Industrial recently began construction on Trinity West Buildings II and III in Dallas. Building II is a 763,960 square foot cross-dock facility being constructed for a global logistics company, while Building III is a 196,996 square foot warehouse built on behalf of Dallas County. As part of the larger Trinity West Business Park development in infill Dallas – located less than five miles west of Downtown – this expansion will consist of three buildings totaling nearly two million square feet upon completion.

Building I was completed recently and features 1,005,200 state-of-the art cross dock space available for lease to tenants with requirements ranging from 500K to 1M square feet. Steve Berger from CBRE handles marketing and leasing efforts at Trinity West Business Park while Arch-Con Corporation serves as general contractor for both projects.
