Lovett and PCCP Collaborate on Houston Industrial Project

Lovett Industrial has recently begun construction on a two-building industrial park in Stafford, totaling 785,000 square feet. The project is being financed by PCCP and the construction financing was arranged by Simmons Bank.

The new Stafford Logistics Park, located at 13650 Pike Road, will feature a cross-dock warehouse spanning 520,000 square feet and a front-load warehouse of 265,000 square feet with clear heights of 36 and 32 feet respectively. The site also boasts ample parking space for trailers (190) and cars (380) on its expansive 40-acre lot.

This development is one of the few remaining land assemblages within the City of Stafford that can accommodate such large-scale projects. Tenants will enjoy significant benefits including triple freeport tax exemptions and no property taxes under the City’s jurisdiction.

Burton Construction based in Houston is serving as general contractor for this project which broke ground in January with an expected completion date set for November. More Architecture has been tasked with designing this state-of-the-art facility.

Both warehouses are currently available for lease to potential tenants seeking modern industrial spaces. JLL’s Jarret Venghaus and Jordan Raney have been appointed to oversee marketing efforts for this property.
