Lotte Wellfood Corporation, an international confectionery company, has secured a long-term lease for 4,000 square feet of office space at 65 Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. The Class A property spans over 185,050 square feet and boasts amenities such as on-site parking and a full-service café with a fitness center.
The lease was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield’s James Yamauchi and Junji Miyake who represented the tenant. Lotte Wellfood Corporation is the US subsidiary of Lotte Co., Ltd., a renowned confectionery company from Japan/South Korea.
This latest development marks another milestone for Lotte Wellfood as it expands its presence in the United States market. With this new lease agreement in place, they are well-positioned to continue their growth trajectory within the industry.
