**Longpoint Acquires Riverside Retail Center for $31M**
JLL Capital Markets has successfully arranged the $31 million sale of Five Points Plaza, a 129,699-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail center located in Riverside, California. The transaction was brokered by JLL’s Daniel Tyner, managing director, along with senior managing directors Gleb Lvovich and Geoff Tranchina. The center was acquired by Longpoint from a private family that originally developed the property.
Situated at 4652-4822 La Sierra Avenue near the intersection of SR-91 and I-15, Five Points Plaza is anchored by a high-performing Stater Bros. grocery store. The tenant lineup also includes national brands such as Del Taco, Jack in the Box, and Dollar Tree, among others.
The center has demonstrated consistent strong performance throughout its nearly 40-year history, with the Stater Bros. location ranking among the chain’s top-performing stores.
“Five Points Plaza represents a unique opportunity to acquire a strong performing grocery-anchored shopping center within a growing area of the Inland Empire,” said Tyner. “Capital formation across various investor types for grocery-anchored retail remains robust.”
The sale highlights investor interest in well-located, necessity-based retail assets, particularly in high-growth regions like the Inland Empire.
