Lone Tree RidgeGate Expansion Plans Revealed

RidgeGate, the massive master-planned real estate project located in Lone Tree, is set to undergo further development with new residential units and retail sites. Currently home to 6,000 residents, RidgeGate has even more projects in the works for 2025 under Coventry Development.

One of these upcoming projects is a King Soopers and fuel center spanning over 123,000 square feet. Construction for this retail center will begin this year and will also feature an additional 30,000 square feet of shop space.

On the eastern side of RidgeGate’s community lies Century Living’s luxury rental apartment complex consisting of 340 units. This project is expected to be completed by mid-2026.

In May of this year, Experience Senior Living Development plans on opening The Reserve at Lone Tree – a nine-story building offering luxurious living options for seniors including independent apartments as well as assisted living and memory care units totaling up to 209 residences.

Additionally underway is Koelbel & Co.’s affordable senior housing project which received tax credit approval from the city council. This development includes a total of101 units that are expected to be completed by May 2026 within RidgeGate Village Center.
