The development slate is evenly distributed over the three-year period, with five projects scheduled to break ground in 2026, another five in 2027 and a further five in 2028. According to the company, the total pipeline is valued at roughly $750 million and represents more than 2,000 affordable housing units. The units are being advanced in partnership with more than 15 faith-based organizations, underscoring the firm’s focus on working with congregations and religious property owners to bring new housing to market.
As it prepares for this next phase of growth, Logos Faith Development is also realigning its corporate footprint. The company has signed a long-term lease for a new headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, relocating from the Culver City area. The firm’s leadership framed the move as both a practical and strategic decision to place the team closer to the core of its regional activity.
Founder and CEO Pastor Martin Porter said the company is moving its headquarters to Downtown Los Angeles with a long-term lease at 515 South Figueroa. He described the relocation as a sign of confidence in the future of Downtown Los Angeles and emphasized the advantages of a central location for overseeing current and planned projects across Southern California. From this new base, the firm expects to more efficiently support its pipeline of faith-based affordable housing developments.
The combination of a sizable multi-year construction schedule and a downtown headquarters relocation signals a period of sustained expansion for Logos Faith Development.
