**Logos Faith Development Appoints Christopher J. Montes as Partner and Chief Investment Officer**
Los Angeles-based real estate development firm, Logos Faith Development, has announced the appointment of Christopher J. Montes as Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Montes will lead the firm’s overall investment strategy and capital-raising initiatives, with an emphasis on securing both debt and equity funding to support the expansion of its multifamily development projects in collaboration with faith-based institutions.
Montes joins Logos from Walker & Dunlop, where he served as Senior Director. He brings over 14 years of experience in multifamily finance, with deep expertise across both market-rate and affordable housing sectors.
