**Logos Faith Development and Cooperative LA Launch $100 Million Affordable Housing Partnership in Southern California**

Logos Faith Development (LOGOS), a Los Angeles-based, mission-driven real estate development firm focused on transforming underutilized church land into affordable housing, has announced a strategic partnership with Cooperative LA, a local owner’s representation and project management firm. Together, they are launching a $100-million affordable housing initiative aimed at addressing the housing crisis in Southern California.

Under this partnership, LOGOS and Cooperative LA will co-develop approximately 300 units of affordable housing over the next 24 months. Cooperative LA will provide essential pre-construction, construction, and project closeout services. The collaboration will also benefit from Cooperative LA’s innovative use of artificial intelligence to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.

“This strategic partnership between Bryson Reaume and his team at Cooperative LA has been years in the making,” said Pastor Martin Porter, founder and CEO of LOGOS. “Together, we are committed to ensuring that every project is built with excellence, delivers solid returns, and brings lasting value to the community. At LOGOS, we’re excited to unite our teams and expertise to make this collaboration truly great.”

This joint effort reflects a shared commitment to sustainable development and community-focused housing solutions, building on LOGOS’ mission to repurpose church properties for social good.
