Peak Construction Corporation and IDI Logistics recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 677,000 square foot warehouse facility in Joliet, IL’s Rock Run Crossings Business Park. Ware Malcomb and Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc are joining forces with Peak to complete the build-to-suit project for Ecolab by mid second quarter of 2024.
Ecolab is an international leader in sustainability solutions that provide water hygiene and infection prevention services.
The groundbreaking marks the start of construction on this important development project which will bring significant economic benefits to Joliet upon completion.
