Loeb Enterprises, a venture collective and entrepreneurial hub, has renewed its lease for 18,056 square feet of space at 712 Fifth Ave. This property is a 52-story office building located in New York City. The firm was founded in 2006 by Michael Loeb and Rich Vogel with the goal of guiding promising companies from start-ups to established businesses.
Under this new lease agreement, Loeb Enterprises will continue to occupy part of the sixth floor and the entire seventh floor as their corporate headquarters. CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma represented Loeb Enterprises in direct negotiations with Paramount Group, the building’s ownership.
Dattoma stated that CBRE has been working with Loeb Enterprises for over a decade now and this is their third transaction on behalf of the company at 712 Fifth Ave. He also emphasized how important it is for them to support innovative and fast-growing companies like those under Loeb’s guidance.
Aside from their direct portfolio management services, Loeb Enterprises also created Uncharted – a community where founders, funders, and other members of the entrepreneurial ecosystem can come together to exchange ideas and learn from each other.
