Location Houston Hotel: Bunkhouse Opens Tenth Location

Bunkhouse is set to open its tenth hotel, Hotel Saint Augustine, in Houston’s Downtown area adjacent to the Menil Collection art museum. Scheduled for completion in Q4 2024, the 71-room hotel will feature an event space, a restaurant and a bar.

The Marchbanks Co., based out of Austin and having worked on other Bunkhouse projects such as Hotel Saint Cecilia and Hotel Magdalena in Austin as well as Hotel Havana in San Antonio are developing this project for Bunkhouse. San Antonio-based Lake Flato Architects have been brought onboard to design the building while Brooklyn’s Post Co. has been commissioned for interior design work on this upcoming property.
