Niagara Conservation, a company that manufactures shower heads and water-saving toilets, has outgrown its current facility. As reported by the Dallas Business Journal, Niagara is ready to take over the last sizable commercial lot in Flower Mound. Prior to making this decision, the company had been using third-party warehouses across Dallas-Fort Worth for storage and delivery of products.
The new headquarters will span 127,810 square feet with 10,000 square feet designated as office space. The building includes a showroom featuring Niagara’s patented products as well as testing and distribution space constructed by Addison based Cadence McShane with Meinhardt & Associates serving as designer. In 2022 alone Niagara generated over $200 million in revenue demonstrating their growth potential within this new location .
