Representing the seller as sole brokers on this transaction, Kidder Mathews facilitated a sale to a local buyer who plans to continue operating the building as an affordable housing apartment complex.

Howard St., Pioneer Pathway House consists of 39 residential units and two commercial units with most being Single Room Occupancy (SRO) dorm-style private living spaces with shared bathrooms. This marks Frame’s 12th closed transaction year-to-date following 54 transactions closed during record setting 2022 year for his team.
