CBRE recently finalized the sale of a 17-unit multifamily property located at 13931-13951 Illinois St. in Westminster for $6 million, representing $352,941 per unit and $415 per square foot. EVP Dan Blackwell and senior associate Andrew Boukather represented the seller, an out-of-state private real estate investor as well as the Orange County based buyers.
The property was built in 1963 and consists of 14 single story buildings on two parcels totaling 1.13 acres with all units being two bedroom apartments featuring large private patios, open space parking, spacious garden style layout and an onsite laundry facility that has been professionally managed and leased with more than 80% of units recently renovated.
