L+M Development Partners has announced the promotion of Stephen Bonasera to Partner, further strengthening the firm’s operations and portfolio growth in New York City and nationwide. With over 25 years of industry experience, including 15 at L+M, Bonasera brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
As Senior Vice President of Preconstruction, Bonasera has successfully overseen numerous projects from design to construction. Under his leadership, the Preconstruction team has grown to include 14 members who are dedicated to sustainable and resilient developments that incorporate passive house design principles.
One key focus for Bonasera’s team is implementing innovative new construction tactics that meet evolving codes.
