Lloyd Jones, a Dallas-based real estate investment firm, has recently acquired Brightview Baldwin Park in Staunton, VA. The senior living community offers independent living, assisted living and memory care services and was purchased from Brightview Senior Living.
Under the Lloyd Jones proprietary brand AVIVA, the 136-unit property will now operate as AVIVA Baldwin Park. Situated on a fifteen-acre estate with two separate three-story structures, Lloyd Jones plans to invest $3.1 million in capital renovations to improve the facilities. This marks their first senior housing investment of the year with SP Venture Partners as their partner.
