Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP (GRSM) has recently signed an 11,500-square-foot office lease at The Eisenhower in Livingston, NJ. This Class A office complex is owned by Eastman Companies and is located at 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave.
The CBRE team of Jon Meisel, Erin Wenzler and Dan Casey led the leasing campaign for The Eisenhower and represented Eastman Companies during the negotiations. GRSM was represented by Bill Montana of Savills.
According to Meisel, The Eisenhower continues to attract top-notch tenants who see it as the premier option for Class A office space in Livingston. After a thorough search of available properties in the area, GRSM chose The Eisenhower due to its strong ownership presence, exceptional on-site amenities,and efficient layouts that are well-suited for a law firm’s needs.
