HIPER Global, a computer hardware manufacturer, has committed to leasing 72,500 square feet of space for their U.S. headquarters at 550 King St. in Littleton, MA as part of Lupoli Companies’ King Street Crossing mixed-use redevelopment project. The company recently completed a larger facility in the Atlanta area and is now focused on expanding its presence in Massachusetts.
Sal Lupoli, CEO and president of Lupoli Companies expressed excitement about welcoming HIPER Global as their tenant in Littleton and sees it as an important step towards revitalizing urban and suburban areas while creating diverse communities throughout Massachusetts.
King Street Crossing will eventually include over 1,000 units of new housing along with retail space totaling 115,000 square feet. Additionally there will be a flagship hotel with approximately150 rooms and more than6000square feet dedicated to lab/office/innovation space once fully developed.Lupoli Companies’ Scott Moreau,MaryLupoli,and Veronique Sainten are responsible for overseeing the leasing process at this project.
