"Little Italy's Kettner & Ash Secures Full Floor for Nonprofit Organization"

The Conrad Prebys Foundation, a San Diego-based nonprofit with assets of $1.2 billion, has secured a full floor lease for 19,000 square feet at Kettner & Ash in the vibrant Little Italy neighborhood. The landlord was represented by Derek Hulse and Morgan Reno of Cushman & Wakefield.

Kettner & Ash is a modernized midrise office building spanning 123,000 square feet located at 1420 Kettner Blvd. In late 2017, DivcoWest and Ocean West Capital Partners LLC acquired the property and completed an extensive renovation designed by Gensler.

Under new ownership, six tenants have already made this building their home including co-working specialist Spaces who signed for three floors totaling 43
