Little Italy Mixed-Use Asset Sells for $6 Million

A six-story mixed-use building in the charming neighborhood of Little Italy has recently been sold for $6 million. The property, located at 169 Mulberry St, was acquired by a private investor from a long-time private owner.

This impressive building boasts 11 apartments and one retail space. Of the units, seven are free-market while one is rent-stabilized and three are rent-controlled. The retail space is currently occupied by La Mela, an authentic Italian restaurant with a lease in place until 2025.

The sale of this property was facilitated by JLL Capital Markets team members Hall Oster, Teddy Galligan, and Guthrie Garvin who expertly handled all aspects of the transaction.
