Weber & Co. recently acquired a development site in Little Elm, Texas and has plans to build a 225,000-square-foot retail center anchored by Target. The company expects the project to be completed in the spring of 2026.
According to The Dallas Morning News, the new Target store will cover an area of 148,000 square feet and will be located in Little Elm – one of Dallas’ northernmost suburbs.
The upcoming retail center will be named Bates Towne Crossing as a tribute to the family that has owned the site for over 157 years. DB2RE founders David Davidson Jr. and Edward Bogel represented the seller while DB2RE Director of Suburban Land Ryan Turner and Retail Specialist Jonathan Cooper have been appointed as leasing managers for this shopping destination.
Weber & Co., which already owns ten other retail centers totaling approximately 815,000 square feet across McKinney, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth areas within Dallas-Fort Worth market according to CommercialEdge data , is excited about its latest venture into Little Elm with this highly anticipated Target-anchored project.
