Lionheart Strategic Management LLC, a capital management firm affiliated with Fisher Brothers, has appointed Andrew Mandelbaum as the new Director and General Counsel of its legal and compliance division. In this role, he will oversee all legal and compliance processes related to fund formation, capital raising, tax matters, operations and more.
Mandelbaum brings over 10 years of experience in advising investment managers on structuring private investment vehicles. He also has expertise in co-investment strategies across various industries. Prior to joining Lionheart Strategic Management LLC., he worked as an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP.
