This purchase marks the company’s fifth investment in the Nashville market and brings their total multifamily portfolio to 26 communities across five states. The property will be re-branded as “The Grove Brentwood” and Lion plans to begin revamping it immediately.
According to Ben Kriegsman of Lion, “The Grove will undergo a complete renovation program, both inside and out. Our plans include overhauling the leasing office/clubhouse, gym, pool area, and all other on-site amenities. Each unit interior will also receive premium renovations such as stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops,and upgraded lighting.”
Located at 5242 Edmondson Pike,the community is ideally situated for residents looking for convenient access to various amenities.The acquisition was made possible through securing a Fannie Mae loan at an advantageous leverage point.
