Lion Expands Nashville Apartment Portfolio

Lion Real Estate Group has recently acquired Bradford Woods, a 312-unit multifamily property in Nashville. This purchase marks the company’s fifth investment in the Nashville market and brings their total multifamily portfolio to 26 communities across five states. The property will be re-branded as “The Grove Brentwood” and Lion plans to begin revamping it immediately.

According to Ben Kriegsman of Lion, “The Grove will undergo a complete renovation program, both inside and out. Our plans include overhauling the leasing office/clubhouse, gym, pool area, and all other on-site amenities. Each unit interior will also receive premium renovations such as stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops,and upgraded lighting.”

Located at 5242 Edmondson Pike,the community is ideally situated for residents looking for convenient access to various amenities.The acquisition was made possible through securing a Fannie Mae loan at an advantageous leverage point.

Lion’s focus remains on acquiring value-add and opportunistic multifamily properties in key markets like Nashville,A tlanta,Dallas-Fort Worth ,Charlotte,Raleigh-Durham ,Phoenix,and Austin.This latest expansion of their portfolio demonstrates their commitment towards growth within these target areas.
