Link Logistics has acquired the Skyline Industrial Portfolio, a six-building assemblage totaling 350,712 square feet and 18.4 acres in the southwest submarket of Las Vegas for $80 million. The portfolio is fully leased to 14 tenants from various employment sectors and was marketed by Colliers’ Industrial Capital Markets Team led by Michael Kendall. Buildings ranged in size from 15,000 to 162,000 square feet.
J. R Cisneros of Link commented on their investment strategy saying “Las Vegas continues to boast solid fundamentals and strong demand…it fits our market investment strategy of adding high-quality infill properties to our Las Vegas footprint.”
Link has been active recently with other industrial investments; last month they sold a seven building Southern California portfolio valued at $263 million which was purchased by George Urban Advisors joint venture with Five Horizons Partners and DRA Advisors .
