Lindsay Stroud has been appointed senior managing director at IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap. With extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, Stroud will be establishing and leading an IPA Capital Markets team in the mid-Atlantic region. Throughout his career, he has successfully structured and executed over $5 billion worth of debt and equity transactions across various property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hotel sectors.
Stroud’s prior roles include senior managing director at Savills North America as well as positions at Perseus Realty Capital and Phillips Realty Capital. He is actively involved with several industry associations such as CREBA (Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association), DCBIA (District of Columbia Building Industry Association)and ICSC (International Council Of Shopping Centers).
