"Lincoln Square Mixed-Use Construction Begins: The Community Builders at Work"

TCB Midwest has closed financing and begun construction on 4715 N. Western Avenue, a six-story mixed-use, mixed-income transit-oriented development in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood. The property will feature 63 units including 25 studios, 29 one bedrooms and nine two bedrooms as well as 5500 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Financial support for the project is being provided by the City of Chicago CIBC Stratford Capital Group Benefit Chicago CHA ComEd Energy Efficiency Program with Leopardo Companies leading construction and DesignBridge Ltd serving as architect.

For over 20 years TCB Midwest has been spearheading large scale revitalization projects in Chicagoland resulting in 2129 residential units developed with an additional 114 currently under construction.
