**Lincoln Property Company and Goldman Sachs Sell Luke Field Warehouse for $152M**

Lincoln Property Company, in partnership with Goldman Sachs, has completed the sale of “Building C” at Luke Field, a 1.27 million-square-foot industrial facility located in Glendale, Arizona. Walmart emerged as the buyer, acquiring the property for $152 million in what is reportedly the largest industrial building sale in Arizona this year.

JLL’s Marc Hertzberg and John Lydon represented Walmart in the transaction.

The sale marks the first tenant commitment at Luke Field, a newly developed, 140-acre logistics park encompassing 2.4 million square feet of Class A industrial space. Luke Field consists of three sizable buildings: Building A (695,750 square feet), Building B (454,761 square feet), and Building C (1.27 million square feet).

Situated at 13803 and 13543 Northern Avenue, and 7733 Litchfield Road, the Luke Field campus reflects Lincoln’s focus on combining logistics innovation with employee-centric amenities. The site features barbecue stations, shaded outdoor eating areas, and spaces designed for employee collaboration.

Lincoln Property Company will continue to serve as the property manager and leasing agent for Luke Field. The company is currently fielding inquiries for lease and acquisition of Buildings A and B.
