**Lincoln Property Co. to Convert Phoenix Office Park into Industrial Campus**

Lincoln Property Co. is set to transform a former office park in Tempe, Arizona into a large-scale industrial development. The city has officially approved plans for a 254,000-square-foot industrial park, which will be known as Sky Harbor Logistics.

Construction on the new campus is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with completion targeted for 2027. Once finished, Sky Harbor Logistics will consist of two industrial facilities, each offering 127,000 square feet of space. Tenant space requirements are expected to range from 18,000 to 20,000 square feet. Lincoln Property Co. will manage all leasing operations in-house.

Lincoln acquired the 16.25-acre site in an all-cash deal worth $18.3 million from Wentworth Property Co., according to reports. As part of site preparation, the developer recently demolished a 218,268-square-foot office building and an accompanying parking garage that previously occupied the land.

This redevelopment marks a significant shift in land use near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, responding to the growing demand for industrial space in the region.
