**Dollar Tree Acquires Glendale, AZ Industrial Facility for $147 Million**
Dollar Tree has acquired a portion of the expansive Park303 Logistics Park in Glendale, Arizona, for $147 million. The transaction involved Phase 2 Building C of the industrial development, which was developed and sold by Lincoln Property Company.
The Park303 Logistics Park spans 210 acres along Loop 303 at Glendale Avenue and comprises two development phases. Phase 1 includes a single, 1.25 million-square-foot building—fully leased by Walmart—which was sold in 2021 to BentallGreenOak for $186 million. The second phase encompasses three buildings totaling 2.5 million square feet. Dollar Tree’s acquisition of Building C in Phase 2 will serve as its first regional distribution center in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Designed with workforce comfort in mind, Park303 offers high-end speculative office space, an outdoor pickleball and basketball court, and a landscaped outdoor entertainment area featuring gourmet barbecues, seating areas, and overhead fans.
Reid Wilbraham and Cooper Fratt of CBRE represented Dollar Tree in the transaction.
