Lincoln Property Company Plans Alpharetta Retail Center
Lincoln Property Company is set to develop a new 43,700-square-foot community retail center in Alpharetta, Georgia. The project, titled The Shoppes at The Gathering, will be part of The Gathering – Alpharetta, a vibrant mixed-use development located less than a mile from both downtown Alpharetta and Avalon.
Site construction has already begun, and vertical construction is expected to start in fall 2025. The full completion and delivery of the project is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Designed to reflect the casual architectural elegance of Napa Valley, The Shoppes at The Gathering will feature seven buildings ranging from 4,225 to 8,400 square feet. The spaces will accommodate both single and multi-tenant configurations, offering a dynamic mix of dining, entertainment, and service options tailored to the surrounding community.
Leasing for the retail center will be managed by Franklin Street and Centennial.
