Lincoln Property Company has appointed Jared Toothman as executive vice president and market leader to lead the company’s operations in the New York City real estate market. In this role, Toothman will be responsible for expanding Lincoln’s services across NYC, including acquisitions, development, capital markets, project management, leasing and property management. He reports directly to Co-CEOs Clay Duvall and David Binswanger.
Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company , Toothman held a senior vice president position at Vornado Realty Trust where he managed acquisitions , development and capital markets functions for various property types . “I am thrilled by this opportunity of launching & leading a premier national development & property management firm in one of the world’s most prominent real estate hubs,” said Toothman .
