Armitage Avenue was purchased by Barrett Homes for $4.2 million and will be designed by Bridgeport architecture firm 360 Design Studio with indoor parking included.

According to Crain’s, the seller of the property was identified as New York-based real estate investor Eric Roth and the buyer was represented by Danny Glick of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate.
