On Tuesday, Lincoln Property Company announced its partnership with the development team for 6767 W Sunset, a project spearheaded by Thomas St. John, founder of entertainment accounting firm Thomas St. John Group. Located at the northeast corner of Sunset Boulevard and Highland Avenue in Hollywood on nearly two acres of land, this project has been reimagined to include residential options due to changing market conditions.
According to Rob Kane, Southern California Market Leader at Lincoln Property Company: “We initially planned for a creative office space with music recording and video production as key elements; however, we are now exploring residential alternatives that have become increasingly appealing.” Leading the pursuit for alternative residential plans are Kane and Sam Pepper from Lincoln’s team while HKS has been retained as the architect responsible for designing these new configurations which will still incorporate recording studios.
The original plan for an office complex known as CMNTY Culture Campus is still undergoing entitlement processes simultaneously.
