Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been tapped to oversee the leasing of Park Summit, an 86,201-square-foot office building in Duluth, GA. Vice Presidents Matt Fergus and Seabie Hickson will manage leasing operations on behalf of Highgate Partners – the owner.
Park Summit is located at 2675 Breckinridge Boulevard and recently underwent renovations. The five-floor building offers 305 parking spaces as well as access to nearby dining, shopping and entertainment amenities.
Hickson commented: “We are delighted to add Park Summit to our growing portfolio of Class A assignments across Metro Atlanta.” He continued: “Its close proximity to several highways combined with its convenience for businesses looking for relocation options in Gwinnett County makes it a top choice.” He concluded by praising Highgate Partners’ significant updates made inside the building before adding that they look forward “to bringing more premier tenants” onboard soon.
