**Lincoln Property Company and Harvard Investments Deliver Phase I of Goodyear AirPark**

Lincoln Property Company and Harvard Investments have officially completed Phase I of Goodyear AirPark, a 1.6 million-square-foot, six-building Class A industrial project located in the West Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area. This development marks the beginning of a transformative expansion within the 565-acre Goodyear AirPark master-planned community.

Designed to accommodate mid- to large-scale industrial users, Phase I comprises six buildings ranging in size from 81,000 to 775,000 square feet. At full build-out, the entire Goodyear AirPark is expected to include nearly 7 million square feet spread across as many as 20 buildings.

In addition to the industrial components, the developers have begun work on Estrella Gateway, the retail portion of the development. Once complete, Estrella Gateway will cover 63 acres and include up to 15 commercial pads designed for full-service retail tenants.

Goodyear AirPark sits in a strategic location between the Estrella Mountain Ranch master-planned community, Phoenix-Goodyear Airport, and Goodyear Civic Square — commonly known as GSQ — which is quickly becoming the city’s vibrant urban center.

The project was designed by Butler Design Group and constructed by Stevens-Leinweber Construction.
