Lightstone, a real estate firm based in New York, has hired Chris Maciejczak as the leader of its life sciences division. Maciejczak brings his experience from previous positions at BXP and JLL in Boston to this new role.
In charge of overseeing a portfolio of six life sciences buildings located solely in Greater Boston, Maciejczak’s goal is to expand Lightstone’s presence not only in the region but also beyond. He plans to focus on conversions rather than new developments.
After leaving his position as vice president of life science operations at BXP, Maciejczak expressed excitement about having more autonomy with Lightstone compared to larger firms like Boston Properties.
