The Triangle Business Journal has reported that Life Time will be opening a new, state-of-the-art fitness facility and beach club as part of The Exchange Raleigh development. This mixed-use development, valued at over $1 billion, is currently under construction near North Hills.
The three-story, 80,000-square-foot Life Time facility will feature a stunning rooftop beach club spanning 35,000 square feet. Along with top-notch workout equipment and classes for members to enjoy, there will also be a coworking lounge and an on-site LifeCafe offering healthy food options.
Adjacent to the fitness center will be an integrated apartment building boasting 17 levels and more than 250 units available for lease.
