Construction is currently in progress for the Life Time Living Tower, a 300-unit apartment complex located at PV on the former site of Paradise Valley Mall. This $150 million project is a collaboration between developer RED Development and Life Time, known for their fitness country clubs.
The fifth location of Life Time Living will be situated at 4568 East Cactus Road as part of RED Development’s PV Phoenix development. The tower will consist of eleven stories and offer one-, two-, and penthouse apartments. Residents can look forward to various amenities such as designated work-from-home spaces, a private dining room, yoga and fitness studios, a pool deck with an indoor/outdoor bar area, outdoor game areas including a dog park and EV charging stations. Additionally, residents will have access to concierge wellness services like nutrition coaching. The estimated completion date for this project is set for 2026.
