**LifeScience Logistics Signs 625,000-Square-Foot Lease at Memphis Warehouse**
LifeScience Logistics (LSL), a healthcare supply chain solutions company, has signed a lease for Mapletree Investments’ 625,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 5200 Tradeport Drive in South Memphis. According to Mapletree, this transaction marks the largest lease of the year for a second-generation warehouse distribution facility in the Memphis market.
The project represents a $23.2 million capital investment and is anticipated to create 101 new jobs over the next two years. The estimated base wages for these positions will total approximately $62 million annually.
The facility is located within the Chickasaw Distribution Center, a master-planned business park at the intersection of Holmes and Hickory Hill Roads. The site features 605,510 square feet of warehouse space and 19,490 square feet of office space.
Strategically situated with access to Highway 78/I-22, the BNSF Intermodal, Memphis International Airport, and other major logistics hubs, the property offers significant distribution advantages.
