Life Science Conversion Completed in Sorrento Mesa by Alloy Properties

Alloy Properties has completed the office-to-life science conversion of Elements, a three-building campus that spans 290,000 square feet and sits on 7.9 acres at 10201-10241 Wateridge Cir. in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa submarket. This redeveloped facility can accommodate spaces ranging from 20,000 to 189,000 square feet for various life science uses.
