Life Science Conversion Completed by Alloy Properties in Sorrento Mesa

Alloy Properties has completed the office-to-life science conversion of Elements, a three-building, 290,000 square foot life science campus located on 7.9 acres in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa submarket. The redeveloped facility is designed to accommodate a wide range of uses from 20,000 to 189,000 square feet.

Alicia Mistry Hinds – Director of Asset Management at Alloy Properties – commented that “Elements is a state-of-the art facility designed to meet the specific needs of the life sciences community.” JLL’s Tony Russell and Tim Olson are overseeing leasing at Elements with Chad Urie joining them as well.

Olson further stated that “As the San Diego life science industry continues to evolve companies are looking for new modern amenity rich environments with access talent and room for growth; Elements has this perfect combination which meets these growing industry needs.”
