The Durst Organization recently announced the addition of new retailers to Long Island City’s Sven, a 71-story residential building. Pueblo Querido Coffee Roasters has signed a lease for 1,912 square feet while ACA Acupuncture and Wellness will occupy 1,803 square feet. These new additions provide convenient access to top-notch coffee and health services for residents of Sven.
According to Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization, “Sven offers its residents the best that New York has to offer with easy access to amenities like an outdoor pool and fitness center.” Standing as Queens’ second tallest tower, Sven continues to attract tenants with its impressive features.
