Liberty Investment Partners Buy Richmond Retail Center for $10M

Liberty Investment Partners, a real estate private equity firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has acquired The Shops at Wellesley in Richmond, VA for $10.1 million. Spanning 42,318 square feet and positioned at 3416-3470 Lauderdale Drive this neighborhood retail center boasts a 94.5% occupancy rate with tenants including Hanover Pediatrics and Short Pump Orthodontics among others.
