LH Charney has finalized seven new lease agreements totaling over 53,000 square feet at 1441 Broadway, also known as 10 Times Square. Of the seven deals, six are new tenants relocating to the prominent Midtown Manhattan tower.
Among the new tenants, Nano Nuclear Energy and Kayser Roth Corporation each secured full tower floors of 7,755 square feet. The Pekoe Group, represented by Josh Berg and Alexander Kesseler of Newmark, has leased the entire 25th floor, amounting to 12,982 square feet. The Style Theory will occupy the full 21st floor at 14,634 square feet with representation by David Menaged of Intrepid Real Estate Group.
Additional leases include KDI LLC, which signed for 2,752 square feet on the 23rd floor, represented by Jonathan Bock and Steve Marvin of Olmstead Properties. Mint Medical has taken a 3,736-square-foot suite on the 24th floor, with Hillel Horovitz of Douglas Elliman Commercial representing the tenant.
In addition to welcoming new tenants, LH Charney has retained existing tenant Swimwear Anywhere, which renewed its 3,500-square-foot lease on the 23rd floor.
Ownership was represented in all transactions by the Colliers team comprised of Rick Doolittle, JP Howard, Michael Joseph, and G. Taylor Bell.
“We are delighted to welcome a diverse array of new tenants to 1441 Broadway and are thrilled to see strong leasing activity continue,” said LH Charney President and COO Joseph Giannola. “Our approach of providing turnkey spaces, flexible lease structures, and engaging onsite retail amenities continues to be an attractive combination for both new and renewing tenants, particularly in a stable, family-owned property.”
