Located on a sprawling 38-acre site just minutes away from Downtown Dallas at the intersection of Interstate 635 and U.S.80, Mesquite 635 was designed and constructed by LGE using their expertise in design-build construction. With three buildings featuring impressive clear height of up to 32 feet and top-notch office space classified as Class-A, this facility also offers convenient logistics with its ample trailer spaces (110) and dock doors (116). Leasing for the project is being handled by Stream Realty.
