LG Development Group is progressing with their proposal for a 20-story residential tower located at 1711 Broadway. The tower is expected to feature 396 units and a retail space spanning over 6,000 square feet. Norr Design Inc. and Kimley-Horn & Associates from Raleigh are collaborating on this project.
According to the Nashville Business Journal, LG recently purchased the site in Music Row for $14.1 million near the intersection of Broadway and Division Street in Midtown last month.
